Our team is available to help you with any step of the onboarding process that you have trouble with, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have a question. For most of the onboarding process, your best points of contact will be the ISI Office Managers - Chase and Naomi. You can find their contact information in the employee directory.
New Employee Forms:
A lot of your benefits enrollment is done online, instead of through physical forms. Links for Blue Cross Blue Shield enrollment (health insurance) and Principal enrollment (disability, dental, life insurance, etc) will be emailed to you. Your 401k is also initiated online, but we additionally require the deferral form below so we can ensure payroll is set up properly on our end.

What benefits does iroquoiSystems offer me?
These forms are frequently required, but not necessarily for every ISI role/department. Be sure to ask your onboarding administrator which forms you'll need for your new position.
COBRA Continuation Coverage:
COBRA - Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act. COBRA allows you and your dependents some additional healthcare rights. Make sure to read about your COBRA rights so you (and/or other beneficiaries on your plan) can extend coverage even after certain plan qualifications have ended.
Employee Timekeeping Video
A key aspect of complying with government regulations is creating business record keeping systems that are compliant with the Defense Contract Audit Agency, which performs contract audits for both the Department of Defense and many other agencies. DCAA compliance requires annual timekeeping refresher training. IroquoiSystems timekeeping training video meets that requirement.
