IroquoiSystems, Inc. provides a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs (such as Social Security, workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law. 


Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification.​ Most regular, full-time employees will have access to all available benefits!

Full-Time Benefits Overview

The following benefit programs are available to regular, full-time employees and are fully paid by IroquoiSystems:

  • 401(k) Savings Plan. ISI provides 100% matching funds immediate vesting for the first 3% and 50% matching funds immediate vesting up to an additional 2%)

  • Bereavement Leave

  • Dental Insurance (Principal)

  • Educational Financial Assistance ($2000 annually, and $200 annually for subscriptions)

  • Flextime Scheduling

  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance ($50,000 guaranteed issue amount, 3 times basic annual compensation up to maximum scheduled benefit of $300,000.00 with approved Proof of Good Health Statement)

  • Long Term Disability (60% monthly salary up to $5,000/month with a 6-month elimination period)

  • Travel Allowances per FTR

  • Vacation Benefits (3 wks/yr during first 3 yrs; 4 wks/yr in yrs 4-10; 5 wks/yr beyond 10). A portion of these PTO days is accrued each pay period.

  • Holidays (11 paid Federal Holidays)

  • Severance pay (one week per year of service, up to a maximum of four weeks)

Please Note: For new employees, BCBS and Fidelity 401k begin on the first of the month. Each individual is responsible for any lapse of coverage if their hire date is after the first.

The following benefit programs may require contributions from the employee or are partial benefits:

  • Family Leave

  • Jury Duty Leave

  • Military Leave 

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA): HealthEquity.

  • Health Insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield. ISI covers 100% of the base plan: Blue Secure Silver Plan for individual Employee. For the remaining Silver Plans - Employee & Dependent(s); Employee & Spouse; and Employee, Spouse, & Dependents - ISI covers 90% of the difference between that plan and the base plan, with the employee responsible for the remainder of the balance.

  • Short Term Disability (cost is split 50/50 between the Employee and ISI)

  • Vision Insurance
