Information about ISI's employee health plans through BCBS.

ISI joined hands with BCBS of Alabama to offer our employees company-sponsored Silver Business health care coverage. In comparison to the national average of employers contributing to health benefits, IroquoiSystems covers substantially more of our employee's health insurance costs. While the average company pays about 75% of family plan costs (according to 2024 data from the Kaiser Family Foundation), ISI covers over 93% to ensure you and your family remain in great health.
