General Benefits
IroquoiSystems provides a wide range of benefits. A number of the programs (such as Social Security, workers' compensation, state disability, and unemployment insurance) cover all employees in the manner prescribed by law.
Benefits eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including employee classification.The following benefit programs are available to regular full-time employees and are fully paid by IroquoiSystems:

Fidelity 401(k) Savings Plan (100% Matching funds immediate vesting first 3% and 50% matching funds immediate vesting next 2%)

Educational Financial Assistance ($2000 annually, and $200 annually for subscriptions)

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment ($50,000 guaranteed issue amount, 3 times basic annual compensation up to maximum scheduled benefit of $300,000.00 with approved Proof of Good Health Statement.

Long Term Disability (60% monthly salary up to $5,000/month with a 6 month elimination period)

Vacation Benefits (3 wks/yr first 3 yrs; 4 wks/yr in yrs 3-10; 5 wks/yr beyond 10)

Severance pay - one week per year of service, up to a maximum of four weeks.
